Job Description
Manage and administer the JMAF (JAMF Pro) portal to ensure proper configuration, user management, and system deployment.Oversee integration with other IT management tools and ensure device enrollment.Create, test, and deploy Mac application packages using JAMF Pro or similar tools.Automate software deployment, updates, and configuration profiles to ensure compliance with organizational policies.Develop and enforce policies for Mac devices through JAMF Pro, including security configurations, software restrictions, and compliance requirements.Monitor and manage policy enforcement to maintain consistent user environments.Provide technical support for Mac users, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.Resolve escalated issues by working closely with other IT teams or external vendors.
